Freme Travel and JJ Tour upgrade to Athena Bookings.

Freme Travel is a travel agency that is always on the look-out to improve the productivity and push the usage of technology. After many months of evaluation, Freme Travel selected Athena Innovations to be the technology partner.

In late 2003, Athena has implemented Athena Bookings, a full-blown Travel Management Systems (TMS) in all 6 offices throughout Brunei. The migration was seamless and the users are delighted with the new user-friendly Athena Bookings.

With the introduction of Athena Bookings, Freme and JJ Tour are now able to use the SMART dual-interface to Abacus GDS to download information into the reservation prior to ticketing, create Airline Sales Return, allow seamless integration with the back-office and a lot other functions that were not exists before. With Athena Focal (Centralisation product), the managers are able to generate real-time management reports on all offices. This gives a formidable control and operational strength for the agency to manage the business.
