Creative Tours moves to Athena Bookings.

Faced with challenge of maintaining the current system and unable to tap into recent technologies, Creative Tours embarked on a project to source for a replacement in 3rd quarter 2002.

After evaluating a few systems, Creative decided to use Athena Bookings as its front-, mid- and back offices. "We want a system from a vendor that is supportive and work with us to face the challenges in travel industry. With the increasing customers' requirement and changes in the travel suppliers workflow, we are looking for a vendor that will actively enhancing system for the future." said Freddie Sim, General Manager.

Creative Tours is now able to directly import data from the GDSs (Galileo and Abacus), BSP and other sources into Athena Bookings. With simplified and accurate interface facilities, the users are able to generate reservation very quickly and reduce the paperwork significantly. The integration of the offices (front, mid and back) enable seamless data flow from the front to the back office for reporting purposes.
