East Asia implements Athena Bookings for its
retail outbound business.
East Asia Travel has selected Athena to provide the full
solution to automate its office automation and provide facility
for a centralised management for its two offices. Once the system
is installed, East Asia will be able to centrally manage
reservations from either offices and interact through Athena
Bookings.
Once Athena Bookings is implemented, the previous paper-shuffling routines from one office to
another would be of history and this will certainly provide a better service
to its customers.
Joanne Chia, GM, said "We need an IT provider to advise us
the lowest cost implementation but with high return value on our
operations. The system must be able to sustain our growth and
fulfil our needs for a more streamlined operations."
